About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and close new partnership opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth for our blockchain development services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the blockchain space
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price projects
- Represent Astragen at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Strong network in the blockchain/DeFi ecosystem preferred
Nice to Have
- Technical background or experience selling technical services
- Existing relationships with blockchain protocols and DAOs
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles
- Understanding of smart contract development and auditing
