About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and close new partnership opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth for our blockchain development services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the blockchain space
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price projects
  • Represent Astragen at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Strong network in the blockchain/DeFi ecosystem preferred

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or experience selling technical services
  • Existing relationships with blockchain protocols and DAOs
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles
  • Understanding of smart contract development and auditing
