Social Media & Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to build and engage our community across all social platforms. You will create compelling content that showcases our expertise and connects with the blockchain developer community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and other platforms
• Create engaging content including threads, posts, graphics, and short-form videos
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals
• Monitor industry trends and participate in relevant conversations
• Engage with the community and respond to inquiries
• Track social metrics and report on performance

Requirements

• 2-4 years of social media management experience
• Strong understanding of blockchain and crypto culture
• Excellent writing skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with an eye for design
• Active personal presence in crypto/tech communities is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience growing crypto/blockchain social accounts
• Video editing and graphic design skills
• Understanding of meme culture and crypto Twitter dynamics
• Experience with community management on Discord
