About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive our brand awareness and lead generation efforts in the blockchain space. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that position Astragen as the premier blockchain development partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage content marketing, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
- Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and webinars
- Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams on go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with industry media and influencers
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or blockchain
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi ecosystem
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Previous experience at a blockchain company or Web3 startup
- Network within the crypto/blockchain community
- Experience with developer marketing
- Design skills (Figma, Canva, etc.)
