Developer Relations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager to bridge the gap between our engineering team and the broader developer community. You will create educational content, build relationships with developers, and represent Astragen at technical events.

Responsibilities

• Create technical content including tutorials, documentation, and code samples
• Represent Astragen at hackathons, conferences, and developer events
• Build relationships with developer communities and open-source projects
• Gather developer feedback and communicate it to product and engineering teams
• Contribute to open-source projects and maintain developer tools
• Host workshops, webinars, and AMAs for the developer community

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or software engineering
• Strong technical background with hands-on blockchain development experience
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills
• Experience creating technical content (blogs, videos, tutorials)
• Active participation in developer communities
• Passion for teaching and helping developers succeed

Nice to Have

• Experience with Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain languages
• Previous experience at a blockchain protocol or infrastructure company
• Strong following in the developer community
• Experience organizing hackathons or developer events
